The Convention Coordinators are a team of meeting specialists who are on the floor to assist meeting planners and guests in any way required. Acting as an extension of the Catering or Convention Services Manager, Coordinators can be reached daily between the operating hours of 6:00am and 7:00pm.
Along with direct access to the Convention Coordinator team (extension 1000), a meeting planner and guest also have the opportunity of requesting assistance through Kipsu. Kipsu is a web based texting service provided to all hotel guests. The Convention Services team is responsible for sending/responding to Kipsu messages from meeting planners that are hosting a conference. Each of the Convention Services Managers has a specific number assigned to them for each of their clients to text. The Convention Coordinators are responsible for overseeing all text messages from all meetings planners.
